Product return policy
Royal Stones do not accept returns on custom products made to a customer’s specifications. For all custom products, the sale is final.
Although Royal Stones do not accept product returns, specific conditions must be met for a return to be possible. Please contact your distributor that will place a product return request to our customer service. Each product return request must be placed by the distributor where the products were purchased and only pre-authorized requests will be processed by our customer service team.
Product return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. The product return must be made within 15 days of the product return authorization. Only returns of 2 or more boxes will be accepted. The products returned will be inspected upon receipt. Any returned product with broken stones, mixed products of torn boxes will be refused and no credit will be issued. All returns must be shipped to Royal Stones warehouse and Royal Stones is not responsible for shipping costs. A handling fee of 25% will be deducted from the credit issued.
